Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

At Do My SEO, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of our work, we have a strict Return and Refund Policy outlined below.

1. No Refunds Once Service Is Initiated

All payments made to Do My SEO are non-refundable once work on the service has commenced. This includes strategy development, research, campaign setup, or any form of execution related to SEO, advertising, design, or content.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

If the client wishes to cancel a service before the work has begun, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion. The client must contact us in writing within 24 hours of purchase at hello.domyseo@gmail.com.

3. Custom Services and Digital Products

All custom services, including SEO strategies, content writing, campaign management, and digital design, are created specifically for each client and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances once delivered.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, please email us at hello.domyseo@gmail.com within 3 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

While we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns, revise deliverables (where agreed), and optimize performance as per the scope of work.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover costs in such cases.

7. Cancellation Policy

Monthly or subscription-based services must be canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations made after this period will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
