Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Client") and Do My SEO ("Provider") for the provision of digital marketing services.

1. Scope of Services

We agree to provide services as outlined in our proposal or service plan, which may include SEO, PPC, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, web development, and/or consulting.

2. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins on the effective date of payment or contract signing.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 3 days written notice.
In case of early termination, completed work until the date of termination will be billed.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-refundable once work begins.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide access to relevant platforms (e.g., website, analytics, social media).
Respond to communication in a timely manner.
Provide content or approvals required for campaign execution.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the term of the agreement.

6. Ownership of Work

The Client owns all original content created as part of the service upon full payment.
Do My SEO reserves the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, due to delays or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client under this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
